Adjacent to the kitchen is a formal dining area with seating for six. The main living area is close-by too. Open and bright with comfortable seating, there’s a quality flat-panel smart tv mounted on the wall. The sofa contains a queen-sized pullout bed for some extra utility. Just beyond the living room are the home’s two bedrooms. King-sized comfort is offered in the first, along with a small work area (if you must)! The second bedroom features a queen bed, quality, professionally laundered linens and plenty of welcoming, natural light. Both bedrooms are serviced by the single bath of the home—sleek and white, clean and modern. There is a basement attached to the home as well, offering both storage space and a full laundry for guest use. This home is managed, maintained and cleaned professionally to highest standards by a company devoted to exceptional, positive guest experiences. Getting Around

Although restaurants, shopping and other attractions are located close to this home, we recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in Colorado Springs. Also, we can provide you with specific bus routes to help you get around.
