The Space

As a special building, part of an extra lot on another residential plot, this little home exudes charm and a practical sense of uniqueness that we think embodies the spirit of the short-term-rental. While admittedly plain on the outside, the interior has recently been renovated to modern perfection and you’ll love the bright, natural light and the sense of openness and quality. Access the home from the alleyway to the rear of the larger lot, park in the lot with the pink rocks, and enter into the private, and fenced yard. The front door is accessible from the deck. From the front door you’ll enter into the main, lower level complete with living room sporting a queen-sized pullout and large flat-panel TV wit h Roku. There’s an island off to the side with a large, stone countertop and a fully functional kitchen ready for your culinary creations. Under the island is the home’s washer and dryer — fully available for guest use. By the numbers, the spaces might seem cozy, but the feel, the vibe here is greater than the sum of the statistics. The appliances are stainless, the surfaces stone and tile and brand new carpet. Up the stairs is the single bedroom featuring KING comfort, with new, quality linens professionally cleaned and laundered. There’s also a little desk for work (if you must!). The single bath is up here as well, and is clean, modern and inviting. The theme of this exceptional vacation rental is one of quality and practicality in a unique living space—all of the best of what we love about renting short-term!

Getting Around

Although there are plenty of parks, restaurants, bars, cafés, shops, breweries and outdoor recreational opportunities close to this property (within walking or biking distance!) we still recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We’re happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you’d like to use public transportation.
