The Space

This is a single unit in a four-unit building circa 1899-cool, but updated to modern perfection. From the front door you’ll access the interior hallway and arrive at your private unit. Open to the door to a handsome, modern space, a living room bright and open and inviting and dominated by the retro-chic spiral in the middle, leading up to the unit’s single loft and comfortable queen bed (with quality linens, professionally laundered). The kitchen is fully functional and ready for your culinary creations. The bathroom is clean and bright with abundant white tile and a tub straight of central casting. ATTENTION: – No pets allowed – we are sorry!; – No smoking or vaping (of any kind) is allowed indoors; * Garbage bins are located in the back alley. Please let us know if the trash is overflowing – we will fix that for you! * Laundry is in hallway in a shared space. *ALL THERMOSTATS NEED TO STAY AT 55 degrees, temp is controlled of the split on the living room wall. Additional services: – Late Checkout Service: $25/hr (Late as 12 pm) *Must be requested before checkout at 10 am otherwise a $30/hr fee will be charged. – Early Check-in Service $25/hr (Early as 2 pm)

Getting Around

Although there are exceptional entertainment, dining and recreational opportunities within walking distance to this vacation rental, we still recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We’re happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you’d like to use public transportation.
