The Space

Value & practicality, location and clean, guest-focused décor—this home awaits. After parking in the private garage, enter into the kitchen & living room … an open, bright, warm space. This tri-level home has an efficient layout. The kitchen is well-designed and practical and ready for your culinary creations, and along with seating for 6, you’re ready to entertain. The adjacent living room features quality furnishings and a wood-burning fireplace (b.y.o.w!). Upstairs are the three upper-level bedrooms, each featuring quality linens, professionally laundered. Bedroom #1 offers KING comfort! Bedroom #2 a comfortable queen, and bedroom #3 a respectable twin, perfect for a small human. The upstairs bathroom is large, functional and sleek. Back downstairs (and downstairs again) there’s an additional living space with a comfortable couch, adjacent to a large bedroom with more KING comfort. A full laundry is also available here for guest use. And then, of course, the backyard is great! Especially for folks with furry friends, it’s private and fenced and features a propane firepit with plenty of outdoor seating for family and friends. We’d like to note that we’re true dog-lovers, and your pup is welcome here! We’ve even included a dog bed for his or her comfort too!

* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($50/dog/week) with restrictions: 2 dogs max; 55 lbs or less; no aggressive dogs: Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Rottweilers, German Shepherds and Great Danes; * No pets other than dogs allowed – we are sorry!; * No smoking or vaping (of any kind) is allowed indoors; * Bear proof garbage bins are located in the back alley. Please let us know if the trash is overflowing – we will fix that for you! Getting Around

Although there are parks, outdoor recreation, shops and restaurants close to this vacation rental, we still recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We’re happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you’d like to use public transportation.
