The space
This newly built, 2 bedroom townhome features all the comforts of home, with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and three balconies.
The first floor has an open concept, with the foyer/living room, a half bath, and a futon couch.
The second floor consists of the kitchen, large dining table, living room with large 100-inch TV with surround sound, and a half bath. Two private walk-out balconies!
The third floor consists of two bedrooms, one master bedroom with king bed, private balcony with amazing mountain views, and full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed with private bathroom.
The kitchen is stocked with essentials (cups, plates, silverware, can opener, wine key, coffee machine, and coffee);with additional utensils for light cooking.
Free parking is available on the street in front of the home, the neighborhood is what we consider safe and fairly quiet.

The house is all yours! three patio balconies, two bedrooms, and two living areas, a private sleeping area with futon and separate bathroom … We hope you’ll love it!
