The Space

This dog-friendly townhome just south of Downtown presents an urban, modern and practical aesthetic to visitors and guests to Colorado Springs. Enter through the front door using the electronic keypad after parking on the street, with plenty of available spaces. The lower level of the home presents a separate living space with a bathroom. Up the stairs is the main living area presenting an open-living concept with a spacious den and kitchen. There’s a gas fireplace in the center, providing warmth and ambiance. Throughout this space, the surfaces are of quality—granite tile and steel, brick and hardwood. At each end of the living space is exterior access to two patios—one on each side of the townhome. Gaze out past the front patio onto Cheyenne Mountain, at the south of the Springs. The rear patio features a gas grill for the perfect evening spent entertaining, along with outdoor seating overlooking the alleyway behind the home. Back inside and up the second flight of stairs are the home’s 3 bedrooms. Two offer comfortable double-beds, each with quality linens, professionally laundered. The master offers king-comfort, and a private, south-facing patio with unobstructed mountain views. Although restaurants, shopping and other attractions are located within walking distance to this home, we recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in Colorado Springs. Also, we can provide you with specific bus routes to help you get around.
