The Space

This home shines, inside and out. Pulling up at the front of the house or at the additional parking in the back (accessed from the alleyway), you’ll immediately notice the proximity to the energetic venue just 100′ away. But hold that thought, as you have to inspect your vacation rental first! Updated, renovated & re-designed to modern perfection, this 1896 classic offers quality, modern furnishings in a nostalgic package. From the front, you enter past the handsome, inviting porch and into the main living space — and attractive décor, quality furnishings, hardwood floors and a positive vibe greet you immediately. There’s plenty of bright, natural light here, plenty of quality surfaces — hardwood and brick, tile and stainless steel. Off to the right is smaller bedroom featuring a twin bed with a pull out twin trundle. The bed can be converted to a King bed. Off to the left, the living room opens into a formal dining area with seating for 6 or 7. The stunning, modern kitchen is fully equipped and offers stainless steel appliances, chefs knives, and every kind of serving dish and pan known to man, quality cabinetry and a center island with a wooden counter. The kitchen is also complimented with a Nespresso maker. Further on in the house is the main-level master bedroom. The luxurious king bed beckons a relaxing night and the amazing bath, worthy of so much hyperbole, promises a memorable morning. Almost fresh from a design magazine, the authentic copper bathtub shines, and the rest just puts a smile on your face. There’s a third bedroom on the main level featuring a dual-twin bunkbed perfect for kids, along with an inviting classic bathroom with subway tile. Upstairs is another bedroom, private and unique and featuring a queen bed and private bath. All of the linens here are hotel-quality, cleaned and laundered professionally. This home is managed professionally by the local experts and your stay here will benefit from that. The exterior living spaces of this pet-friendly home are inviting as well. The private, fenced backyard features a classic deck with plenty of outdoor seating, Edison lighting and a gas grill for your culinary creations. There’s also a fire pit, ready for a night under the stars and the clear Colorado sky. Guest Access

Guest will have access to the entire home including the kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room. Guest will not have access to the garage and one locked closet in the master bedroom.

* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($50/dog/stay) with restrictions: 2 dogs max; 55 lbs or less; no aggressive dogs: Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Rottweilers, German Shepherds and Great Danes; * No pets other than dogs allowed – we are sorry!; * No smoking or vaping (of any kind) is allowed indoors; * Garbage bins are located on the driveway. Getting Around

Although there are exceptional entertainment, dining and recreational opportunities NEXT DOOR to this vacation rental, we still recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We’re happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you’d like to use public transportation.
