This home is completely private to you. You have access to the entire house, backyard, and front yard! Private, uncovered parking is available at the rear of the house (west side, toward the mountains) and accessible via the adjacent alleyway.

The historic Patty Jewett Neighborhood is just north of Downtown Colorado Springs and surrounds the Patty Jewett Golf Course, the city’s oldest public golf course (and incidentally, with one of the BEST public clubhouses this side of the Mississippi).
