The trail is just about a half mile from Cottonwood Park too … with basketball and tennis courts, a disc-golf course, bike paths, green spaces, soccer fields, a recreation center and more. And with a big backyard, we’re pleased to open this home to folks with well-behaved pets. Bring your kids, your pups and a smile and leave your cares, your worries behind.

The Space

With a large, fenced yard and a full two-car garage, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, this suburban home offers comfort and practical convenience to Colorado Springs visitors and guests. Enter through the garage with the keypad code provided. The comfortable family room with wood-burning fireplace opens up to both the kitchen & dining room upstairs, as well as the large, fenced backyard for your enjoyment, and possibly your furry friend’s too. Adjacent to the family room is a full laundry for guest use. The kitchen is well-appointed and functional, ready for your own culinary creations. Off the kitchen is a small dining area with seating for 4, and the airy, open living room. The bedrooms are upstairs along with the both bathrooms, including a full private bath for the master suite. Featuring a spacious & comfortable king-sized bed as well as views out to the backyard and west toward the mountains, the master bedroom invites a stay, relaxation and escape. Both of the other bedrooms upstairs offer deep-sleep-worthy queen sized beds, closets and plenty of natural light. While presenting a solid, practical value to guests this home’s location is truly exceptional. Access the Cottonwood Creek trail and bike, walk or run east to Cottonwood Park, a great, safe and well-maintained green space just a short distance away. Or head west into a superb, colorful Colorado sunset toward Pikes Peak and the Rocky Mountains. Well-behaved, well-cared-for pets are welcome here and we know that all of you will enjoy your stay.
