Enter through the front door, past the handsome, classic front porch where you might just enjoy a warm cup in the morning as you watch the sun rise over Colorado Springs. The living room is large and comfortable, dominated by a central gas fireplace overlaid with quality, custom stone-work. The living room is really a great-room, transitioning seamlessly into a relaxing “sunroom” area; almost-separate (but not quite) from the main living room, as well as the formal dining area with seating for 6, and the open, airy kitchen. The ceilings are high, the lighting superb, the furniture and appointments modern & well-designed. Just off the kitchen is a full laundry for guest use and access to a single-car garage. The home’s (2) bedrooms are all located on the single floor just to the north of the great-room. Both contain quality, comfortable queen beds and are adjacent to (2) nearly matching, almost-mirror-image retro-style baths. There is also a comfortable sofa-bed located in the main living area for additional guests. The rear of the home offers an inviting outdoor transition. The outdoor patio is made of stamped concrete. A charcoal grill offers additional culinary options and the backyard is green, welcoming, and completely private. Colorado evenings are meant to be enjoyed outside. Stay here. Relax here.
