The Space

Tucked away on a quiet, wooded hill overlooking the town of Cascade and the foothills of Pikes Peak, “America’s Mountain,” is this welcoming vacation rental featuring plenty of space, indoor and out, inviting comfort and mountain charm. After parking out front or along the side of the home (there is plenty of private parking here for multiple vehicles) enter through the front door with the private key-code provided. You’ll open the door to a warm, inviting space: the main living room features a large gas fireplace, comfortable seating, and immense picture windows overlooking natural vistas. The kitchen, fully functional and ready for your culinary creations, is just beyond this space. There is seating for 4 at the table in the attached dining nook, next to the large picture window looking out into the outdoor living area, accessible via the backdoor through the kitchen. There is plenty of room, plenty of possibility with this space under the dynamic Colorado skies. As the vintage string lights glow overhead, enjoy a game of corn-hole or the warmth of the natural fire-pit. There is plenty of comfortable outdoor seating here too, an abundance of natural detail, and an abundance of GREEN in the summer months. The outdoor spaces here complement the interior ones and are welcoming, warm, open and full of opportunity. Back inside, the 4 bedrooms each offer queen comfort, appointed in quality linens that are professionally laundered. There are three bedrooms upstairs, and one garden-level bedroom down. The master features an excellent, private bath and an additional bath services the two upstairs bedrooms. The garden-level bedroom is serviced by a half-bath. A full laundry is also available for guest use in the garden-level. Comfortable, with space and charm in abundance, both inside and out, this welcoming mountain home is ready to please, ready to book, and ready to host your family or small group during your Colorado stay. Although there are plenty of restaurants, bars and outdoor recreational opportunities close to this property, we recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when enjoying your mountain getaway.
