Outside, the cheerful colors and verdant landscaping immediately invites a visit. The classic little porch up front welcomes the travel-weary. The private (DOG-FRIENDLY!) outdoor living space in the back beckons an afternoon under the Colorado sun or a Colorado night’s sky…maybe while grilling a great steak or fat, mouth-watering portobello on the grill. There’s seating in abundance, great lighting out here, plants everywhere and charm in the buckets (or GROWLER) full! Inside, there is plenty of space for 4 folks, and maybe a furry, canine friend. The main living space is well-lit, well-decorated, inviting and comfortable and offers a queen-sized pullout from the sofa. The TV on the wall above the electric fireplace has Cable and Amazon FireTv. Relax here. Entertain here. The kitchen beyond is fully functional and outfitted practically, and features marble counters, a tile back-splash, and stainless steel appliances. The single bedroom of this traveler’s home is outfitted with a comfortable KIING bed, featuring quality linens professionally laundered. This home is professionally managed and cleaned. The attention to detail, to design, to the quality of your stay is exceptional. There’s a laundry for guest use in the single bathroom of the home—clean and white and inviting. Also, with plenty of parking on the street for visitors and guests, the convenience of this stay is obvious too. Getting Around

Although there are plenty of restaurants, bars, cafés, a craft brewery and outdoor recreational opportunities close to this property, we recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We’re happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you’d like to use public transportation.
