The Space

Simplicity of design. Space. A private backyard for you and your pup. Function. Utility. Everything you need and nothing you don’t. This home is EASY. Park on the street and enter through the front with your private, electronic code. The space you enter will be bright and open, airy and clean. The living room offers plenty of natural light and comfortable seating, along with a warm and inviting gas fireplace. The design concept here is simple and open. The kitchen, with its stainless steel appliances and functional space, is ready for your culinary creations. There’s also a dining table here with seating for 4. The bedrooms, all off to side of the single-level living space, are simple and appointed with comfortable bedding and quality linens that are professionally laundered. Bedrooms #1 & #2 both feature queen beds, and the third features a dual-double bed setup, perfect for the kids. There are two baths, both clean and functional. Outside, the private fenced yard may not offer grounds like Versailles, but your pup probably won’t care! There’s outdoor seating and plenty of space to enjoy the clear Colorado air. Simplicity. Guest Access

Guest will have access to the entire house with the exception of the garage.

This home is taken care of by Philip and Evan at Hoste. We are able to promptly respond to any of your needs; such as recommended places in Colorado Springs, any extra accommodations you may need, and much much more. Feel free to call once booking is confirmed or message us with any questions you may have about this space. We are the experts when it comes to traveling to Colorado Springs and we are happy to help make your experience a spectacular one! Other thing to note

No parties or events. – No smoking. Marijuana, weeds, or any kind of drugs are NOT allowed to use within my property. If you violate this rule, $1000 charge will be penalized. – Please do not disturb my neighbors by making noises, screaming, or loud music. Quiet hours is 10:00 pm-8:00 am. – No additional guest inside the house other than the amount listed on our original reservation. – You will be required to notify us of any additional extra guest at least 12 hours before check-in time 3:00 P.M. Our maximum amount is 8 guests. After checking in if hosts find out any non-registered guests in the house, we have the right to request $250 per guest per stay or the guests must leave immediately.

Getting Around

Although there are plenty of shops, restaurants, cafés and recreational opportunities close to this south side rental, we still recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We’re happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you’d like to use public transportation.
