This practical vacation rental is located in a Northern Colorado Springs neighborhood presenting a great proposition to travelers and guests—access to all the sites and literally next door to shopping and dining. There is great food and drink just a few hundred yards away. There’s a steakhouse, a Target, a Chuck-E-Cheese and our favorite—a local café (Peak Place) with great specials on wine and coffee.

The Space

Our unit here is on the first floor of a larger condominium complex. At 2 bedrooms and a single bath, it isn’t huge, but it offers real value. Like we said … everything you need, and nothing you don’t! Park in guest parking and enter through the front, into a simple, practical space. This the theme here. There’s a fully functional kitchen, ready for your culinary creations. There’s a dining table with seating for 4. There’s a comfortable futon, a small TV, (2) bedrooms featuring quality beds and linens that are professionally laundered. The bath is functional and bright, and the stacked laundry is ready for guest use. Practical. Simple. In a convenient location. * Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($50/dog/stay) with restrictions: 2 dogs max; 55 lbs or less; no aggressive dogs: Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Rottweilers, German Shepherds and Great Danes; * No pets other than dogs allowed – we are sorry!; * No smoking or vaping (of any kind) is allowed indoors; * Garbage is located on West entrance of complex. Getting Around

Although there are parks, outdoor recreation, shops and restaurants close (within walking distance) to this vacation rental, we still recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We’re happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you’d like to use public transportation.
