Inside, the respectable simplicity of design and décor, the natural light, the open concept, the wood-floors … all of it, will invoke a simple, respectable smile. The layout will be immediately apparent … a living room, kitchen combination separated only by a single wall opened up during the most recent renovation speaks to the home’s functionality. It might be relatively small, but you could still invite the friends over and entertain the kids. There’s a TV with board games, comfortable seating, and the kitchen is clean and modern with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The dual bedrooms are both off to one side of the interior of the home, and both offer quality queen beds with comfortable, quality bedding — everything professionally laundered and appointed to professional, hotel standards. Guest Access

Guest will have access to the entire top floor. Owner lives in basement and is blocked off from access of either side.

We are able to promptly respond to any of your needs; such as recommended places in Colorado Springs, any extra accommodations you may need, and much much more. * Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($50/dog/stay) with restrictions: 2 dogs max; 55 lbs or less; no aggressive dogs: Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Rottweilers, German Shepherds and Great Danes; * No pets other than dogs allowed – we are sorry!; * No smoking or vaping (of any kind) is allowed indoors; * Garbage bins are located at the end of drive way on the left.. Please let us know if the trash is overflowing – we will fix that for you! Getting Around

Although there are great entertainment, dining and recreational opportunities close to this vacation rental, we still recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We’re happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you’d like to use public transportation.
