The space
Stay in your own very own tiny home. The house features a little over 300 ft.² of room (about 9 feet wide by approximately 30 feet long). It seems surprisingly spacious inside for a 1 bedroom cottage, with the amenities and location to make it a favorite stay on your next voyage.

The neighborhood
This home is located in the historic, storied neighborhood of Old Colorado City (OCC), on the western side of Colorado Springs, Colorado. OCC is just minutes away from some of the best tourist attractions in the area, including Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs, the Manitou Incline, the Pikes Peak Cog Railway, and so much more. Centered around Colorado Avenue, OCC offers restaurants, artisan shops, quirky nightlife, art galleries and a myriad of other special spots that you’ll have to discover.
