We welcome you to Colorado Springs! Come enjoy this beautiful, spacious home that’s close to The Air Force Academy and Pulpit Rock! With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this home has the space for 8 guests to comfortably stay. Perfect for families or a group of travelling friends. There is also access to Cottonwood Creek Trail right behind the house that connects to the Pikes Peak Green Way that leads straight to downtown with over 15 miles of paved and unpaved trails.
The space
When you walk into the home, you are greeted with a beautifully decorated front entrance room and a dining room. This home features a large kitchen for whipping up a delicious meal and plenty of seating for watching TV in the living room. (Netflix and Sling provided)
The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed and a connected five piece bathroom with a soaking tub.
The other bedrooms contain a king bed, queen bed, and another room with two twin beds. All dressed with fine quality linens!
Every bedroom, except the double twin bedrooms, comes with it’s own TV with Netflix and SLING provided for your enjoyment.
Guest access
You have access to the whole house, backyard, and the garage. You do not have access to the basement and one storage closet on the main level. The basement is currently being renovated.

We are able to promptly respond to any of your needs; such as recommended places in Colorado Springs, any extra accommodations you may need, and much much more. Other things to note
The basement is currently being renovated. We will make sure that Renovations will take place between 11am-5pm. We want you to be fully reassured that this will not disrupt your stay, and we are able to accommodate your schedule and move work times around if needed. Our contractors will enter through a seperate entrance so that you will never see them.
Parking is in the garage, driveway, or anywhere on the street in front of the house.
