This townhome is located on the west side of Colorado Springs in the Bear Creek neighborhood, close to the mountains and just minutes from all of the west side attractions, including Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City, Downtown and the Broadmoor. It is literally across the street from Bear Creek Park—548 acres of trails, open space, parks and a Nature Center.
