The Space

Big, open and bright, guests will enter this home by code through the front entry. The formal dining room is off to the right, and the kitchen and main living room are just a few steps beyond. Open and airy, this home offers plenty of space…room to breathe, room to relax. From the main living room guests can access the outdoor deck and living space complete with a gas grill and seating, or they can access the two main level bedrooms, including the spacious master complete with a king bed and private bath. Behind an unassuming hallway door is the stairway that leads down to the garden level and the separate living quarters complete with a living room, small kitchen and dining area. There is one well appointed bedroom at this level, along with a private bath. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms, each with queen beds, as well as a small bed in the hallway/loft area perfect for a child. An additional bathroom is present at this level as well. With the 5 bedrooms, additional child’s bed, as well as a sofa bed in the main level living area, this home can accommodate plenty of guests comfortably. Book, stay, and enjoy!

The Neighborhood

Located approximately 20 minutes from downtown Colorado Springs and just south of the city, Fountain, Colorado is a bedroom community that’s seen a good deal of growth and development over the last decade. Shopping essentials are close, and access to the Interstate and the Airport are all superb, and Ft. Carson, the US Army’s “Mountain Post,” is nearby as well. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood here as you retire from your travels and explorations just 20-30 minutes away by car…Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Downtown, the Broadmoor, the Air Force Academy…all are easily accessible from this neighborhood for travelers with vehicles.

We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in Fountain or the Colorado Springs area. Also, we can provide you with specific bus routes to help you get around.
