ATTENTION: * Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($50/dog/week) with restrictions: 2 dogs max; 55 lbs or less; no aggressive dogs: Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Rottweilers, German Shepherds. Additional dogs or size need to be cleared beforehand; * No other pets other than dogs – we are sorry!; * NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Please be respectful to the neighbors – quiet hours are 10pm – 7am; * No Street Parking * Trash and recycle bins are located in the garage. The trash pick up day is on Wednesday morning at 7 am. If your stay includes Wednesday, please roll out the bins to the curb early in the morning (by 7 am) and put them back in the garage in the end of the day (Tuesday). Although there are great entertainment, dining, shopping and recreational opportunities close to this vacation rental, we still recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We’re happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you’d like to use public transportation.
