The Space

Some rentals require a little tasteful hyperbole to fully be described. To set the tone, we offer a complimentary bottle of wine with every booking. ENTER the property through the front gates. The driveway winds its way through the pines and up to the home, a Tutor style great-home, with four garages ready to receive. Upon entering the home, you’re struck with a sense of purpose here, and a sense of moderate, obtainable luxury. This home was simply meant to host your family, your group, your respectful and supervised social event. The kitchen is designed for entertaining. The formal dining room can seat 14, with additional seating in the kitchen for 4 more. Plenty of granite counter space, plenty of stove-top, plenty of opportunity, plenty of everything. There are two entertainment rooms. The Great Room, with exposed wooden-beam ceilings, a wet-bar with tile back-splash, a pool table, ping-pong table and entertainment center with seating for 8-10 invites an evening of merriment and mirth. The second entertainment/living room is a bit smaller, but just as inviting. The sunroom presents the possibility of a mild escape — perhaps to simply watch the sun rise in the east, over the pines and the spruces, all part of the 3.65 acres of mountain privacy to be enjoyed and experienced by you and yours. The bedrooms are expansive, comfortable and practical. The master is magnificent. A king bed awaits. A quality crib too. The private master bath features a brilliant soaking tub, travertine and custom-tiled shower, open, bright, inviting, and take advantage of the room-sized closet featuring a convenient and full laundry for guest use. Two additional bedrooms feature one king bed and the other with a queen bed, with a further bedroom, perhaps for the kids, sporting dual queen beds. Throughout the house are multiple televisions and entertainment options, each featuring Direct TV and Roku. Beyond the exceptional interior spaces are the equally extraordinary outdoor ones. Surrounded by 3.65 acres of wooded, mountain glory, a private hiking trail winds through the back of the property. A welcoming patio awaits, along with a gas fire pit and ultimately a superb hot tub, glowing bright with both color and invitation. The outdoor entertaining possibilities here for responsible adults are simply endless and please, reach out to us for further details. Well-behaved pets and their humans are always welcome too. Guest Access

Guest will have access to the entire house with the exception of the basement and east-side garage.

Although restaurants, parks and other attractions are located close to this property, we recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in Colorado Springs. Also, we can provide you with specific bus routes to help you get around.
