About Your Sommelier
Baillye Naughton is a certified sommelier and the owner and founder of her own wine tasting business, Sincerely, Baillye. She has over 10 years experience in the food and beverage industry, including a bachelor’s degree in hospitality. She has been a server, a bartender, and she has been a supervisor for the Hotel Bar at the Broadmoor. She specializes in wine, but she also enjoys making cocktails. Her goal is to help teach people about the culture and history behind wines and spirits.
Are all Hoste Properties eligible for the Wine Tasting Experience?
There is a 4 person minimum for the wine tasting experience, so it will only be bookable for properties that with a capacity of 4 people or more. Properties in remote locations are also ineligible.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask if you decide to cancel your service for any reason, that you would please give us 72 hours notice. Please understand that each of our experiences are individually curated for your group. This can include planning, shopping for materials and travel time.
How much does it cost?
Price will vary based on the size of your group. Coming soon – Guests who book eligible properties will have access to the menu and pricing. For now, all inquiries can be directed to experiences@iamhoste.com
Is there food included in the experience?
Our Sommelier will always bring a small source of protein, such as mixed nuts (alternative options are available for those with nut allergies). Pair your wine tasting with our chef dinner, or our chef prepared charcuterie board for an extra special occasion.
