Meet John Dias, World-Traveling Culinary Chef
John’s passion for the Culinary Arts was first inspired by his love for travel. For seven years, John lived in Europe where his passion for fine dining sparked. Shortly after, he jump-started his culinary career by attending the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania. Since then, he has worked in fine dining restaurants all over the states, including Los Angeles, Houston, Dallas, Cape Cod, and finally settled in Colorado Springs. When John isn’t cooking, you’ll find him jamming out to music, riding bikes, or planning his next big trip.
